Staff is very friendly. Units are impeccably clean! I couldn't be more pleased
Security is awesome, which is a huge reason to choose this place. Cameras that see from just about any angle inside as well as outside and keypad entry into building. As another person said the building is older but still to me at least, looks good. Units are new and clean and I can honestly say I have not seen any droppings of any kind, or bugs of any kind.nThe employees are super helpful and very nice. I have rented from other facilities in the past, both indoor and outdoor, Storage of America is by far the best in my opinion.
This place is a joke.been almost 2 years and nothing but problem with doors not working and now they increase bill buy 50% and don't tell me untill day I Goin to pay.and say they mailed it out 3 months ago to my old address in Texas .and adana will be lock out if don't pay 130 .instead of normal 90.what a joke.
Not sure how I feel about this place yet. Storage rooms are brand new but in an old printing factory. The bay to drop off items in is an ancient rusty semi tractor bay. Moving vans don't match up to the bay door so you have to step over an empty void every time.you move an item. We did not fall through today, fortunately. Would like to see this area modernized somehow.
