This is quite possibly the dumbest thing I have ever heard of in my life it's like an individual driving down the road who sees a child wandering in the street gets out of his vehicle to go rescue the child and turns around and gets out jaywalking ticket. I understand the insurance company needing to recoup their money but, goodness civil matter be handled just as well ridiculous your office is ridiculous as well

corruption is running rampant in this Prosecutor's Office. It's not about justice, and it's not about anything else except because they can, and no one challenges them.

This is the office that is prosecuting a superintendent for helping a child who was quite sick. Let it go. You are despicable.
