I never seem to have any issues at this post office location. I admire that they are open later than the others in town- it’s more accessible to me/ my schedule.

Our mailman on route C046 has been doing an outstanding job during these tough times! They have been working tirelessly and making sure everything gets delivered to the right place! We greatly appreciate whoever the mailman is who does that route and want to give them a huge thank you!

This is the worst post office ever. They NEVER answer the phone, misdeliver mail every day the regular guy is on vacation and most of the time will just drive right on by even though this is an office building with 30 tenants that get mail everyday when the regular guy is working. We have a STACK of other companies and individual mail that was misdelivered and I just watched the sub slow down and then drive on. This is ridiculous and is messing with peoples livelihoods.

Great friendly service even when busy.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service and customer service skills. Lost my PASSPORT two weeks before my international wedding and SWORE they didn't have it. They were extremely rude about it, refused to look for it. They found it under a box in their office a week later. Lost an automotive title in the mail...twice! Now they refuse to deliver mail to my home because the mail carrier is afraid of my golden retriever (who is in the house during mail delivery). Supervisor threatened not to deliver mail to all homes on my street when I called because she is afraid of my dog...who is indoors, behind a window, a story above my mail slot. Had to stop in 3 times and ask for post master or supervisor and called several times to get someone to speak to, no responses. My business mail carrier in Anderson is friendly and helpful, but everyone at the post office is unenthusiastic, petty and they all have bad attitudes. We moved from Noblesville where we NEVER had these issues. Mail carrier LOVED my dog and became a family friend who we still talk to years later. We always had great service there, nothing was ever lost, everyone was very friendly.
