Working with this company has truly been disappointing. The closing date was set the farthest date out as possible when we wanted to close quickly. Immediately after a purchase agreement was signed, I called to ask what was needed for closing since the property was deeded in a deceased persons name. They were short with me and rude saying they didn’t know until something was processed on their side, but they never called me back. I spoke with an attorney and since there was no estate being set up, deeded the property in my mom’s name. I called and notified the title company but they never called back to tell me if they needed anything. Then the day before closing they said they weren’t aware and had to “run everything again.” They asked additional items to be completed at additional expense to my mom and closing isn’t happening within the contractual agreement. I spoke with the buyer about the situation and they also were spoken to in a rude manner when they called at the beginning of the process. It’s been a terrible experience, especially since this was my father’s and grandparents property, which adds a great deal of sadness to the entire process.
