Over charged me for 2 thermal fuses. 50 bucks for a 15 dollar item.

Had them repair a condenser and I agree with someone else on here that they over price for parts $50 for a $10 part. They are rude on the phone, can’t schedule a for sure time or even give a ball park. And won’t warranty. The over price part they put in which I believe was used failed within 60 days and then wanted to charge me for another one. I picked up a $10 one and did it myself. Lost a customer

Worst place I have ever dealt with. After 3 weeks they tell me that they felled to order my parts. And even if they order the parts at that time it would 3 more weeks to get the repairs done. Needless to say I ask for my money back. And was told they would have to see if the owner would refund my money. After a few days they release my money. Buy only I threaten to go to small claims court.
