Over the past few years we have had all our windows, sliding door, 2 entry doors, 2 steel doors, vinyl siding and a new roof installed by Surber's. We are highly satisfied with there work from start to finish. (Charles Surber) the owner is very easy to work with and will walk you through the process. NO PRESSURE sales pitch to buy. The staff keeps you up to date on everything. Last but not least the work crew, they are very knowledgeable in their field of work, friendly, and they do a heck of a job cleaning up.nIf you need any home improvements call Surber's they will not let you down.
Due to the coverage shutdown I had to wait longer than I would have wanted to, to have this wonderful room done. It was well worth the wait! Charles, Marilee and the crew were great to work with. They went above and beyond to make everything just perfect. I have had many compliments on the finished sunroom. I would happily have them do windows or anything else at my home again.
From start to finish, we have been so happy! It started with having Charles coming and giving us a quote. We then went to their showroom to make our final selection. We were told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks for everything that we wanted to be made and ordered. Jason and Daniel came and installed our new Shower and floors. They were very professional and polite. It took them a few days to install everything. What amazed me, was the care that they made to insure that everything around my bathroom was protected and kept clean. They cleaned up everyday and took the old shower and flooring with them. My shower and floors are gorgeous! I couldn’t be happier. We are planning on using Surber’s when we are ready to do our Sun `room. I would highly recommend using this company for your remodeling needs.
Had our whole house replaced with the triple pane windows with beige trim on both sides. Windows are fantastic and feel luxurious. Installation went smoothly and they worked with me in order to shuffle around pets. Very satisfied with the product and service.
We have used Surber's for a couple of different home improvement projects. We have been very satisfied with the quality of their products and service. They are a local, family owned company that values customer relationships and satisfaction. We will definitely use them again for future projects.
