I was trying to replace a garage refrigerator through this business but it became clear that they did not need our money when they could not be bothered to answer messages. During the covid-19 shutdown we really did want to purchases from a small local business. However, we ended up buying a new refrigerator through a large retail store. My advice: don't ignore your customers because you risk losing a potential current sale and future sales as well.
