Terrible customer service would never give this place my hard earned money. Guy didn’t even acknowledge me properly as sir “hey man” is not the proper greeting for a customer coming to spend money at your business. Trash place
They are a wonderful company far if I'm concerned they went above and beyond for me out of their way to help me they came to my home and set the furniture up even after I had picked it up myself they came and set it up at my house
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 they make you put a mask on which was fine I complied. I had to call my dad via FaceTime so he could read my lips and I could show him a picture of what I had found, I was the only one in the store and I pulled my mask down so he could read my lips. I was told to put the mask back on if I was going to shop in the store. I could understand if we were in close proximity or if there were other customers in the store. Unfortunately I told him I was sorry but if I couldn’t communicate with my father I was gonna have to shop somewhere else they could care less.
The sales rep wouldnt look up from his phone and was extremely rude. If you go in with money to buy do NOT expect customer service at all! Wont he back.
