Everyone at this location is real helpful and professional!n1 last thing so your not surprised.nA lot of us don't pay online for whatever reason. If you go to this location to pay a phone bill/service bill. They will charge you 1.00 dollar service fee to process your bill.
Outstanding service. Linda was the best, I will stay a Verizon customer because she was there. .
My daughter had a minor problem with an android phone. I thought dad could solve everything. *oh well* I went into the store and was instantly met by Linda. She paid attention and solved the problem in settings in about 15 seconds. I felt like the store wanted to treat people right and wanted to be helpful. It's nice to find a place that makes you feel welcome! It's always appropriate to say thanks, and based on other reviews good service is the norm, and Linda has lot's of thankful people.
Excellent great help upgrading a very old iPhone to a newer model. Sales person was Crystal A. She handled us confidently, patiently, and while another active customer was also being address and a third was in the queue. Crystal was the only Sales Person in the store that day (2020-05-07). She knew what she was doing and she was attentive to all our situations. We are very happy thanks to Crystal.
Exceptional customer service!! Linda took the time to help me save items on my phone that are precious to me. I will forever appreciate the time and effort Linda took to help me.
