Have been with Byrider for some time now and have always been able to count on them when my vehicle needs serviced. John and his team are friendly, fair, and honest. Always surprised by their quick work when repairs are needed. Brought my car in to have wheel bearing replaced and it was ready to go by lunch time, making it safe for me to get back on the road.

I thought oak motor was great til the upper management got involved and they were horrible.nByrider went way beyond and way above to get me in a car that day. Everyone played a part from customer service to upper management. The all were nice and treat you with respect. To all of Byriders employer Thank You my walking days have eased up

This is the worst car company I have ever dealt with. I got laid off of job due to COVID. Before that I got paid on Fridays and now I don’t get unemployment until Monday’s so instead of working with me and changing my payment day I get charges every time for check not going through. I highly recommend getting a vehicle through Car Max or anywhere else but here!!!!!
