We had a wonderful experience at Modern Trailer Sales! My husband Jake worked with Shane English to get our Keystone Bullet And we LOVE it! The entire experience was great and I see why people go there. We had to shop virtually and Shane made it easy. He was upfront about costs and there were not hidden costs later. We shopped other places and the experience was not the same. The experience during pick up was also great! The entire team really took their time to give me their full attention to make sure every detail was covered - including a demo, installing the hitch set up, etc. They also have a lifetime warranty on all their RVs. You won't be disappointed! Our camper is beautiful and we look forward to all of the memories that will take place.

My husband is suspicious of all sales people so I wasn't looking forward to the shopping aspect of our search. From the time we were greeted upon entering to sitting with Nathan and then Kurt we never felt pressured or rushed. We felt like everyone listened to what we were saying (and possibly what we weren't). Nathan (our sales associate) did the impossible and actually impressed my husband. Nathan took the time to figure out not only what we needed but also what we wanted. He told us what some of the options were and let us decide where we wanted to begin. He didn't try to sell us more than what we needed. While some will say he was just doing his job, I maintain there's a difference between just doing your job and doing your job well. He was able to make both of us feel comfortable and make shopping enjoyable.nnWhen it was time to talk financing, Kurt stepped up and followed the same path. He listened and made us feel comfortable with the process. Even when going over the warranty information Kurt was able to answer all my husband's questions with honesty and reassurance. When he was unsure of the answer to a question he didn't make something up. He called the appropriate person and for the answers we needed.nnEvery step of the way we were treated as if we were just as important as everyone that walked through the door. They were glad to see us and treated us as such. We weren't a number or nameless face.nnWhen we left we both agreed that we didn't want to look any place else. We felt like everything we needed was located at Modern Trailer Sales. We would highly recommend doing business with them.

We were recently in the market for a travel trailer and a friend recommended Modern Trailer. They were great through the buying process and have continued to be amazing helping us navigate the world of being first-time buyers with lots of questions. Everyone there is amazing, but we highly recommend talking to Shane English if you are in the market.

Buyers beware. Drove from KC to Anderson. 8 hours. Company was nice enough to hold a camper for 2 days so we could inspect before making a 18k purchase of a 2012 Keystone Retreat. Spoke with the dealership multiple times about the condition of the unit. On arriving for inspection within 5 minutes we noticed lower portion of king bed slide out very soft and still wet. Back wall also soft. Front wood furniture tables had watermarks 3/4” on the bottom. They furniture must have been in water for long time. Longer slide soft along the floor. Camper would need some very serious rebuildIng. And they wanted $18 K and did not disclose before we drove 8 hours. Very disappointed!!! I would not buy a used camper from this company. They are not honest. Inside the unit was clean and looked nice but I am confident there was significant water damage all over the unit.
