We were happy with the work of this company and would definitely recommend. They confirmed the appointment, called on their way and were able to get all stains out. We used to clean our own carpets but this is much better and very reasonably priced.
I cannot express how wonderful this service was for me and my family! We have two children who spill everything! And a brand new puppy. You know what that means !!! Our carpets needed super cleaned. There were red makeup stains I had tried to get out on my own and was still visible. Steam master cleaned it in no time! They scrubbed areas before steaming. Not to mention the customer service was excellent! On time! Friendly! I honestly hate having people in my home, but Micheal was truly a delight! He was very respectful of me and my home! Honestly we will use them for all of our carpet cleaning in the future! Also as an added bonus they also do home repairs! They are fixing our window trim and honestly it’s a great experience. Thank you so much for your help!
My Mom used Steam Master before so I called them to come clean carpets and couches at my new place. They are far more reasonable than other carpet cleaning companies and the best I've seen so far. If they aren't the first company you call to clean your carpet, they should be! Also, you are supporting your local businesses. I owned a restaurant, so I know the community is the backbone of the business. Thankyou again, Steam Master!
Such a great find! I’m a converted Stanley Steamer customer. My carpets have never been so clean! He was even able to fix a carpet issue that I have been dealing with for years! Looks better than new! Stop looking and start Booking!
Michael was excellent to work with. He did a great job cleaning , was on task, and made sure he was doing everything that we expected. He was on time, pricing was upfront, and cleaned up after himself. The carpets look better than when others have cleaned them. He followed up a couple of days later to make sure we were happy and everything was done well. I will use him again without hesitation!
