Sitting in the dock an hour and a half after my appointment time and they still haven't touched the trailer, I will certainly update this post if anything positive happens not holding my breath! Finally getting loaded. 3pm appt. started loading at 4:45 pm.
8pm appointment, get there at 5pm they give me dock,nice customer service and clean restroom

Excellent! What a breath of fresh air.ud83dude0d Winter driving is such a drag, I really hate it. I missed my afternoon appointment because of scheduling & weather delays. I arrived late, and the folks here made me feel welcomed and understood.ud83eudd70 I was put on a door immediately and loaded in under two hours. Thank you for your compassion. They allowed me to park overnight, and I sincerely thank them for their generosity. When you come in, be nice. This is a very nice facility, let's keep it that way. ud83dude00
Good place for pick up 1h30 min full load and nice people, but did not allow me to go inside and put my bulhead ,they said they will put it for me ,but never did it
