This business was not interested in my business, money or even attempting to assist and solve my issue. I give customer service a zero. Emailed pictures upon request and four phone calls later the owner dismissed my situation.

I have recently been into the newly remodeled fireplace & gas center. I was warmly greeted by the very knowledgable staff and owner! I felt very comfortable in the store and every question I had they were able to answer. Inside the store, there is a wide variety of gas free standing stoves, gas inserts as well as wood inserts and free standing stoves. The owner was very patient in working with me as I made my decision. Once I did, we set a date for install of my new wood insert, and her install crew did an excellent job as well! All and all, I will definitely shop at the fireplace & gas center again!!
We tried to shop local/shop small today to purchase new chimney parts for an old freestanding stove. As they aren't yet allowing customers in the store without an appointment, we called to get an appointment. The person who answered the phone said if we didn't buy the stove from them we could go to a Big Box store and get our parts.
Nice place to see units on display there is several different units to see marty is very helpful and does what she can to answer any questions you may have i would highly recommend them for your fireplace needs also many wood burning units to check out also
