I have always had great service from Elusive Disc. They are fast and their packaging is the best. Recently I had an experience that really cemented my relationship with them. I bought a phonograph cartridge from them 4 months ago. The diamond stylus broke off the end of the boron cantilever. I had a brand new cartridge in 5 days with a return label for the broken one. This was just based on the USB microscope pictures I sent of the end of the cantilever were the stylus had been glued on. You can not possibly ask for better service than this. Bravo!
The guys that work there are very nice. They sell an ship all sorts of records. One of the few places you can still get new vinyl. They are very professional, but yet have their own way of doing things. They talk to you like a normal person. It was more like talking to a friend about music instead of a normal sales person. All in all it's a great place to check out.
