I called this morning before they opened and got their answering service. Right after 8:00am I received a call back and Mike W came out a few hours later to fix the problem. He was nice and personable and was done in no time. I would recommend Overhead Door Co. as this is the second time I've had to call them and they came out the same day to fix the issue.
Very pleased. Got a quote for a flat rate for new springs and appointment was within 5 days. Other company quotes were priced out for labor, range of cost for springs, lube, etc., which would far exceed the cost of Overhead Door. Techs were friendly and didn't waste any time. I will be calling you again when required.
Garage door coil snapped. Called overhead door and Nick C. Came out that same afternoon. He did a great job, was down to earth and the pricing wasn’t bad at all! Will do business with them again.
Had great service with this company! I called in the morning and they were able to get someone out for a repair same day. Prices were fair and they worked quickly! Would definitely recommend for garage work.
One hour from my call to being able to work my Garage Door and get my two cars out. Mike W took just 30 minutes to replace both springs, he was personal and informative. I used Overhead before and I'm glad I called them this time also.
