I cannot thank Hopebridge enough for everything they have done for me and my son. My son has been with Hopebridge since last September after being evaluated for autism. He had behavior issues and needed ABA therapy. He would have meltdowns, self harm and destruct property when he was upset. He wasn’t potty trained and wouldn’t speak much. Since he started therapy, my son has stopped with all meltdowns, doesn’t destroy property or self harm and has improved tremendously with his speech! He is also potty trained now. I really am sooooo grateful for all of his therapist that worked so incredibly hard with my son and had the love dedication and patience to get him to where he is today: Jessica, Hannah, Loreal, & Maisie. Also the center director who moved heaven and earth to help a mom who desperately wanted help for her son: Brittany and his BCBA Jessica! She was so encouraging and helpful during parent meetings. Thank you ladies so very much for EVERYTHING! You gave my son and our family our lives back and now he can thrive because of all the tools you have given him to use!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!

My 6yo son has been going here since December 2017 and he has made major improvements since attending. I was apprehensive about sending him to ABA therapy because of the horror stories of other facilities outside of hopebridge. My son hates leaving hopebridge and wants to spend all day there if he could. Their play based almost Montessori approach is amazing and does so well for so many kids on the spectrum. I highly recommend them!

We were very disappointed with our experience. After waiting nearly two months for our appointment it was a complete let down. We took our four year old son in to be evaluated. The doctor wasn't even there, the women who did the evaluation had a headset on to talk with him. The whole thing lasted about 15 minutes. She asked him these questions; what makes you happy, what makes you sad, what makes you afraid, what makes you lonely, do you have any friends, what do you do with your friends, what makes a friend, have you ever been in trouble in school and if so what happened. Then they looked at a picture book and she pointed to a few of the pictures and asked him what was happening. She would ask two questions then let him play with a toy for a minute then ask two more ect... after the few questions she had us go wait out in the waiting room while she talked with the doctor. Then brought us back in and the doctor was on screen and told us he is fine. He asked if we had any questions. I only asked one because he couldn't even answer that one. They offered their services for occupational therapy but i told them he already has a therapist they referred us to them because they don't do the evaluations. You could see by the look on his face he was done with us. He offered us no help or explanation as to what is going on with our child. We will be going to rileys children's hospital (should have just done that in the first place). They told me their evaluations last from one and a half hours to two hours. So tell me how this place only sat with him for 15 minutes. Such a complete waste of our time.
