Lake County Health Department

Everyone was super nice and was helped as soon as I got in the door. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes to get a birth certificate. Just an FYI they only take cash or money order as payment.

I had to go there for shots for school which could result in me getting suspended for not being up to date and they were closed four days out of the week. Friday-Monday. Four days with unavailability and one for a holiday that most businesses don’t even celebrate or at least acknowledge. When I arrived Friday morning, the reception staff was clearly unsatisfied with their work and did not care for their profession as to how they spoke to their consumers. Very ashamed of how this establishment presents itself. If you really need your shots just go to a CVS or a Walgreens. Don’t waste your time with this unorganized organized.

Crappy. They have moved their location. Didn't bother to update the website. Their immunization clinic closes at 4pm. Didn't bother to update their website. There is no accommodation for the patrons. The staff attitude is crappy. This is why I moved to Arizona. Arizona state is very accommodating to the residents. Indiana just sucks overall. Good riddance!
