The worst! They always lie and claim they left a voicemail saying my item is ready when they never did. And if it wasn't picked up so called after the message was left then why not make a 2nd call??? I absolutely hate their customer service

They lost my mother’s wedding diamond and have yet to make it better! She received back and forth information for months! Don’t buy from them- as they are not a stand up honest company!
