The staff is and always has been very friendly and welcoming. We don't buy jewelry anywhere else! The esp protection covers resizing, rhodium dipping, repair, and replaces any diamonds that may have fallen out or lost due to damage of prongs, etc. You just have to get them inspected every 6 months. Plus, they clean them whenever you want to drop in!nThe quality of my diamonds (Leo diamonds) are exceptional! I always get compliments on them!nI was just in today and Merquise helped me pick what kind of laptop to get while Liz made an adjustment to my necklace on the spot. She also gave my patiently waiting 5 year old some candy! (after asking my approval of course!) All the while another associate was inspecting my jewelry! Again, very helpful and friendly! They really do work as a team!

Good at selling items horrible at customer service. Purchased a ring for daughters birthday and it needed to be sized. Salesperson told me to make it more convenient for us ring could be forwarded to our local store. The int was back from sizing on the 20th, called a week later and they said it was not sent for no reason at all, I asked them to please send it. Three days later I called again, ring has still not been sent. I was told they did not do it over weekend , no reason given, and with Memorial Day yesterday it will not go out till tomorrow. Horrible Customer service, no care or apology from the store, and smug rude comments from a worker named crystal. Please save time and angst and use one of the many other places in the mall. If they can't get a small purchase correct no way we will ever use them for larger things. Horrible.

Me and my husband love shopping at jb Robinson !nWe bought a lot of jewelry from them and we always and only deal with Joe !!nJoe is is amazing helpful men ! Always trying to give us good price he's never pushy he became family friend . The jewelry is very elegant and price is great never had any problems !
