They don't value their long time (25yrs) repeat customers. I asked to have a slightly out of round ring repaired and cleaned, and it was going to cost as much as the ring is worth. They also promised to clean the ring even though I chose not to have them repair it. But it wasn't clean when I picked it up. So I will no longer being doing business there.
