Was quickly greeted by two employees who were as nice as they were knowledgeable. I needed help with polishing two pieces of jewelry and without hesitation they grabbed both pieces and cleaned them for me! after doing a great job they provided me with a few tips and tricks to keep an everlasting shine. they expected nothing in return.. honest and highly recommend!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today I went into the store and asked to place an item on layaway. The sales lady (elderly red-head) told me I could not put the item on layaway because if I placed it on layaway and did not get it out, I was stopping someone else who wanted to purchase the item from being able to purchase it. I told her that didn't make any sense and she just shrugged. I called their customer service online and was given an apology. This woman needs to be fired! The item could have been placed on layaway and she denied that option to me because she assumed I was unable to purchase an item that was on sale for $181.30. How rude and disrespectful!

I ordered a Mother's Ring with custom birthstones. They didn't have it available to see at the store, but were able to pull up a picture online of how it would appear once it arrived.nPicture showed a blue stone, which was completely misleading.nPerhaps we were working with a salesperson who didn't know they were selling us an item we didn't want. Or they were just trying to get a sale. No idea.nI let Zales know about the problem through the website and never heard back. Least professional sales experience I've ever had.
