Salesperson was knowledgeable of products Chris also took the time to be a lot more helpful than the previous companies Sales person which is why that company lost my business. Chris also targeted additional savings. Not good Customer service but in my opinion Great Customer Service.
I received a couple recommendations to stop in so I did. My current mattress was 10 years old. The sales associate showed me several different types, explained everything and showed me a cost comparison between all of them. He was very knowledgeable and no pressure. I’m happy with the mattress I got and just as happy with the service.
The experience was great. Robert was welcoming and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well.
I went to mattress firm and JJ instantly started helping us. picking the right mattress type and then showing me what was in my budget. I found a great mattress and cant wait to sleep on it
The purchase process was easy. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot wait to try the new mattress once it arrives. And I we don’t like it we can return in 6 months!
