Shay is excellent. She is very patient, experienced and helpful! She isn't like most sales people who push you to get extras. She listened to what we wanted and gave us great direction to get there. Overall a very relaxed transition and amazing customer service. Thank you shay!!

We went in for living room set. We also purchased dinning room set & cabinets. Our store contact Shay at the Hobart store on US 30 , was very helpful and patient. I would highly recommend that you ask for her assistance if you go there. Thanks for all your help.

Stephanie was so kind and patience with us! We were furnishing a few rooms and she didn’t mind giving us a few options and running different quotes! She gave us outstanding service! I have purchased from Ashley in the past and have always been pleased with their merchandise.

We have been waiting since July 9th for our furniture. We have called many times and we get the run around or they do not answer the phones. We finally were able to speak to the manager Brian a few weeks ago and he said he was doing his best. Then said he thought our furniture was delivered. We have heard nothing back from him once we told him we do not have the pieces. Every week we get a text message saying we are getting the furniture with a date. But it never shows up! Frustrating to say the least!! If we could get the furniture from somewhere else we would, but it matches the rest of what we own. In the future we will not purchase anything from Ashley Home Store due to the lack of communication. We understand everything that is going on in the world, but to tell us every week since July that our furniture would be here is ridiculous! We have taken time off from work to be home, we wait all day and no furniture! I would highly recommend not shopping here. You will never get what you ordered. I will continue to put bad reviews on any and all social media outlets until we get our furniture. I hope this helps others steer far away from all Ashley Home Stores and maybe even open some eyes up to how they do business.

Visited Ashley’s to furnish my new home w/o a clue about what I wanted. As I entered, I was warmly greeted by an associate. I walked around awhile just looking at things with no clear direction on what to focus on. The associate must’ve picked up on my “overwhelmed” vibe and approached me. Asked if I was ok, and if I needed any assistance. I was honest with her & said I need something for my place. She asked what was it I needed? I replied, defeatedly, EVERYTHING! She said not to worry, My name is Shay, I’ll help you out! We drew up a rough draft of my place layout and she went to work with all sorts of ideas! Shay was kind, informative, patient, knowledgeable and very professional. I’m super happy with my first purchase, and can’t wait to return to brainstorm for the rest of my home. Thank you Shay for all your help
