I purchased a living room set at Value City Furniture in August. I was told my purchase wouldn’t be available for delivery until October, which was fine (plenty of time for me to get my living room ready). Then I was notified that our furniture wouldn’t be delivered until December. I contacted Value City last Thursday to arrange to pick it up myself and they were able to schedule a delivery for Tuesday. Today my furniture arrived within the allotted time. I was very impressed with the delivery guys. They were very nice and accommodating. Construction had started on my street (the day I called about a pick up rather than delivery) and part of the road was blocked. The delivery guys had everything necessary to get my furniture to my house! I was impressed!! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and impressed with the professionalism the delivery guys displayed while dealing with the road block situation! I can’t wait to put on a movie and fall asleep on my new sofa. Love it!!nNote: I agree with other reviews. Definitely worth the wait!!

I loved getting my Burke couch it was worth the wait, we ordered it in June but got back ordered and just received yesterday. It was easy to pick up and bring into the house. The back of the couch comes off so you can just bring in the bottom first. It fit into an 10in u-haul. Weighs about 250 pounds. Customer service was fantastic and they answered all the questions I had about pick up and they do load your furniture into your vehicle for you.
From the staff at store to the delivery team excellent service. Love the furniture. It took a long time to get. But worth the wait.
We found the perfect accesories we needed for our home. Our sales rep stayed late to get the order in and they always kept us updated on the delivery status. No damages on any deliveries either. I give them 5 stars.
