The guys were super friendly, didn’t try to over sell us. Explained the value of the different products and because we were repeat customers they gave us super deals. Customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated.
I went in to Mattress Firm to look for a full size bed for my son and the Sales Associate, Anita Thompson, was very helpful. She told me the benefits of the mattress she suggested and I chose it for my son. The mattress was so comfortable that I chose a queen size to replace my mattress that I got from mattress firm 11 years ago. Ms. Anita was the only one at work that day and she handled every customer accordingly . I am well pleased.
Upon entering the store Patrick welcomed my daughter. Once we entered he was so nice, friendly and polite. He was very helpful in telling us about the different types of products the store had to offer. He answered all my questions and gave me some valuable information. I purchased a set of Mattresses from him, and I'll definitely be recommending all my family and friends to this store in Merrillville Indiana. Thanks Patrick for helping me out today I greatly appreciate it.
Had a great experience today. Pat was super helpful, and got us into a great bed. Super excited for it to be delivered. We would definitely do business with them in the future.
It was easy the salesman was nice, price seemed good. Haven't slept on mattress yet. So I will let you know.
