BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT shop here! I bought a dining room set in JUNE and was told delivery would take A MONTH because of Covid. I was ok with waiting ONE month. 4 MONTHS LATER still NO furniture and all I was given was piss poor excuses! They refused to refund my money so I had to go through my bank to get my money back and I did! These people are sorry and extremely rude and unprofessional! You have been warned!
Great staff with reasonable prices.... They really look out for their customers and take great care of their people! Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for furniture!
The sales representative Shawn was extremely professional and patient when looking for a bedroom set that I like. We finally found one and he was able to save me money with discounts from original store price and delivery. My quote was saved in there system until I was able to purchase the product. JR the store GM was able to pull up my quote a month later to close out the deal, he provided me additional savings with the set up. Thanks Furniture and Beyond, Shawn and JR for a great sales experience. Ok
Great customer service is when you do for the customer everything you can do after you have done what you are supposed to do. - Daymond JohnnJR was an exceptional sales rep. He took his time and helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable in helping us pick out great quality products. We will definitely be back here.
