The service is always a great and safe place to take your car for service. For one me an my dog is always welcome there like a family. That's one reason I keep coming back. Most of all they take good care of my 4 wheels an a motor. Keep up the good service. Even tho we are in the crisis's of this covid-19. Please everybody stay safe.

The service team at Muller is amazing. My 2015 TLX had a transmission error code that was putting it into a safe mode after driving for a couple hours. It would cool off and be fine again—all error codes would go away. That cool down process was clearing all diagnosis codes to fix the issue. My local mechanics and Honda dealer didn't know what to do. So I drove an hour to see Muller, somewhat begrudgingly as I've always avoided dealers. These guy showed me what I've been missing—especially my service rep, Justin. They spent two days with my car. It actually flew by because I was able to work in one of their nice glass offices both times, which actually felt like an upgrade from working in my basement because covid has turned my job totally remote. The second day the owner bought me lunch because they felt bad diagnosis was so lengthy. They took things apart and eliminated the possibility of serious problems. Eventually they changed the transmission fluid and it's worked perfectly ever since. I took the car on a 2700 mile road trip the following week, so I'm super happy they would put the effort they did. I'm disappointed with how the car is made that would cause these issues, but that's not Muller's fault. They made up for it. I'll be shopping there for my next car, which is saying a lot from someone who only buys cars from private parties.nnThanks Justin and team Muller! Stay awesome.

:-) Hello, my apologies for my delay in writing this review, but I would be remiss if I did not. I’ve had many dealings with car dealerships, different brands, as well as other Acura dealers and this one is definitely one of the best. If you're looking for a great dealership with excellent customer service, Muller Acura of Merrillville is your dealer. I'm a consumer that requires a lot of patience, :-))). I'm attached to my 2003 MDX Acura, did not have a car note, and my truck have over 200+ miles, and am still running great. Of course, I was not in a hurry for a car not, but did not want my vehicle to go out, and not have another available. Initially, we entered the dealership; we were greeted right away by a new salesperson, Al, who was absolutely great to speak with, as well as, on the test drive. We felt comfortable with him, and he was not pushy. He seemed to be knowledgeable, but we can tell he was new at the job. When Al was out of the office, he had another salesman, by the name of Stephan assist us, who was also great. He was a veteran salesman, so of course, he was more knowledgeable. After locating the vehicle I wanted and decided upon, I was not at the point of purchasing, until I met with the manager Mat who explained somethings in detail as it pertains to finance. I work in corporate finance, and am aware how things work, but because of Matt his customer service, patience, kindness, and knowledge; I finalized the deal and purchased my new vehicle. My next to last meet was Jimmy of Finance, who was great as well, and completed the transaction accurately, and expediently. Last was Mike, service manager who delivered my truck to me. Each and every member of the team was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! It was around Christmas, therefore I wanted the works, a bow and everything, and Matt made sure it happened. Again, thanks to each and every one of you for the excellent customer service provided. God Bless you all and your families.

Carl was a great help. I was in a hurry to leave to pick my daughter and he didnt do the typical salesman and make me wait around. He rushed and got the deal done for me. Mr. Schultz was also very helpful in finance/warranty willingly explaining all the terms. He had all the paperwork ready when I came back so it would be an easy, quick in and out. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
