This is my second cadillac that I purchased from Schepel. I purchased the first cadillac in 2004, which I still have. I just purchase a cadillac xt5 and I am very pleased with it. Schepel has always been a good reputable dealership to purchase a vehicle. We had a very pleasant, stress free experience with our salesman Gab. I would truly recommend Schepel to family and friends.
Great service department. They were able to find a tricky problem I had by simply taking their time to properly diagnose it. Many other shops would have given me the run around but not here. They have earned my business from now on.
I can say this is one of the best dealers I have been too. We ended here because the dealer down the street sold the vehicle we went to go buy. However I am so glad they did because Mr. Young did an awesome job. We found the jeep we wanted and for the price we were looking for, he did everything he could so we could be satisfied with our purchase. A few weeks later I had a few issues with the vehicle, and is understandable its a car things can happen however the dealer took care of all repairs that needed to be done. During the time the car was getting fix they gave us another vehicle. They are so professional and friendly, in the future if I need another vehicle I will be going back to them.
