They originally offered online to purchase my used vehicle. I asked several times if it was a firm offer. Yes. I drove an hour to get there, and they ended up offering close to $2,000 less. The woman that originally emailed me was rude in person, as she tried to make a scene by asking why I would question her offer. I told her by email that I didn't want to waste my time if they couldn't honor the price given online. Well that's exactly what happened. New sales person could not explain the price difference. I wasted a couple hours on the trip. I would never step foot in this business. Very deceptive practices. I recommend steering clear of this dishonest company.nnTo your response: BS- Who do you think put the low # on the car?? Bunch of scam artists.

I started my search online and narrowed my choice to a few brands. The first day I actually went out looking, I cruised and walked the parking lots of dealerships offering what I liked. Eddie at Berman made the best impression and was so helpful to me. I witnessed the same energy, courtesy and professionalism dealing with other clients. He really helped ease the process and I'm more than pleased. The service there is bomb, too.

I worked with Eddie at the Merrillville location when going to look at and eventually buying a Q70. I had first walked in to look at a Q70 and a Q50. The Q70 was hands down the vehicle for me.nEddie was very professional and had all of the answers to all of my questions/concerns. He was one step ahead of me and I do my homework.
