I rented a wheelchair accessible van from Tiffany in Merrillville. I had a great experience from start to finish with Mobility Works. They were very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of an accessible van. Thank you so much Tiffany and Jim for making it a great experience for me!

After renting a wheelchair accessible van in Merrillville yesterday, I give my highest recommendation. Had never even seen the inside or operation of this type of van and was very anxious about renting one. Tiffany was wonderful during the scheduling process to make sure we had the best van for my tall husband and our wheelchair dimensions. When I picked up the van Tiffany thoroughly showed me how to operate the doors, ramp, wheelchair restraints, remote, and everything else that customers have had questions about. We rented a nearly new Dodge Grand Caravan SXT in beautiful condition.nnWe previously scheduled a wheelchair van service, but they were late and we had to cancel a medical appointment. They can't guarantee pick-up or return times. Although it took 40 minutes each way to drive to MobilityWorks for a rental, having reliable and timely transport is definitely worth it!

Great service & very friendly staff! Called yesterday with a problem on my van and they let me come first thing this morning and repaired it quickly. Will definitely go back!
