Team Honda

This review is strictly directed at the service department. I bought my brand new civic hatchback around six months ago from Rick and he was awesome and made my car buying experience very memorable and painless. I’ve had a few encounters with the service department already and they were average until today. Today I dealt with John the service manager. I’ve had an intermittent problem with my vehicle’s cruise control/lane keep assist for the past week. I brought my car in originally on last Friday. They couldn’t pinpoint the issue so they told me to bring it back today so they could contact Techline to try and gather more information about why my car was malfunctioning. Their additional help was still unable to pinpoint where the problem was. John called me and assured me that multiple warning indicators on my dash accompanied with warning messages is a completely normal occurrence. The only explanation that he offered me was that the weather may be bad or that my driving might be causing the issue. I questioned him on what I should do next when I picked up the car, he told me I should take it somewhere else for a second opinion (even though he assures me that this a completely normal occurrence). After leaving, I look at my odometer and realize that they didn’t even drive my car today to try and replicate the problem. I’m not upset that they didn’t fix my car, I’m bothered by the way the manager tried to shove me off to another dealership without making any real attempt at fixing my vehicle.

Team Honda is a wonderful place! Not that long ago I went with my sister for her to pick out a car. Nate Fles helped us out and he knew exactly what he was talking about! He clearly explained everything and made us feel welcomed. When it took a little time to finalize everything, Nate kept us entertained by cracking jokes and made us feel at home. I know where I'll be getting my next car!

I recently bought a 2020 Honda Civic from here. Nate and Tyr’e were amazing. Team honda is the place to go when buying a vehicle! Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Even when I couldn't make up my mind about which car I wanted, they were patient with me and showed me all my options; which they gave me the best options so it was hard to choose! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car fast, easy, and still know that you're getting the best deal! I also recommend Ron!

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Steven and Joe thanks for the great work your guys put in. We drove off with our 2020 Civic Sport and loved the ride home. Will definitely go back and buy another car from this place.
