Edna Lee Gonzales was a great person to deal with. She was on top of every little question we had and made sure we had answers immediately. She made our process of purchasing a Tacoma so easy. I've never experienced that kind of hospitality from a salesman before. Set sets the bar for how customers should be treated!!! As long as she work there, Toyota of Merrillville will always have our business.

I have now bought two vehicles from Edna Lee! She makes buying a car a much easier and stress free process than any other time I’ve bought a car. She will find me the best deals and she also makes sure to show me what is in budget and realistic. Her & the sales team always make me feel welcome, even with my energetic 5 year old running around. I will continue to buy from Edna Lee & recommend all family and friends to her. I’ve had my Toyota RAV4 hybrid for a year now and I am still as in love with it as I was a year ago. Thank you Edna Lee for making everything so easy and smooth every time we come in!

Based on previous experiences buying from other dealerships, I mentally prepared for battle as we entered the building - but I needn't have worried! Amelia and Ron made our experience at Toyota of Merrillville absolutely painless! They were knowledgeable, friendly & professional (I honestly could come up with another 100 positive adjectives to describe them!) - purchasing a vehicle with their assistance was a breeze from start to finish. This is how buying a vehicle should be every time. Thanks for everything, Amelia & Ron!!

Amelia Lara was the best !!!!! She was so polite helpful and she was just amazing. She answered every question I had and explained everything in detail. She was so polite to my mother who was with me and I was just amazed. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone I know who wants to buy a car. The customer service was outstanding

Just bought my 2015 Nissan Rogue. The experience with Amelia Lara and Aron in finance was amazing. They both listened to my wants and needs and kept me in my budget. Love my new SUV and my new Toyota Family. If your looking for a vehicle I suggest you go and see Amelia and Aron.
