I submitted an online estimate for trade in value for my car the was purchased at Southlake Nissan in 2016, because I needed some work done and no money to put into it. I received a call the next day and was asked to come into the dealership. I stated what I could afford and what I desired in a vehicle. Jim and Audrey did everything they could to get me into my preferred vehicle and to make it work for my budget. Audrey was wonderful with her encouragement, information, and desire to get me into a safe, reliable and affordable vehicle. I am beyond happy with my Nissan Rogue Sport and pleased to continue to be family.

Very timely service. Got my vehicle back quickly. Service manager reached out to me after my daughter tried to use the $75 off coupon and it was not taken at the cashier window that evening. He rectified the issue and it was greatly appreciated!

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO WILL!! Wow he is beyond helpful! I have never met a salesman man like him. He went out oh his way to try to help me and my husband. Unfortunately the vehicle we went to buy sold 5 minutes before we got to the dealership. He continued to keep an eye open for us. Sadly we ended up purchasing else where. We will definitely look for Will in the future. I feel like he is part of my family. Simply an amazing person. I appreciate his honesty, laugh, and ability to get to know us and our needs! THANK YOU!

Took my car in for an oil change and transmission oil change. Turns out when I left after the service my car did not feel the same and was shuttering at certain speeds. I tried calling them the next day but the service center closed early, so I left a review. First thing Monday morning, at 8 AM, Carlos called me to bring in the car ASAP so the service manager can look at it. I took it in, my car threw a few codes, but they said they would fix them that day if they could keep the car for a few hours. They scheduled me with a ride home. When I got the call to come pick up my car I was in a hurry, but I must say their attention to detail and quick service really impressed me. And the technician who worked on my car left it feeling like It was brand new. Thanks a lot!

NISSAN gives a warmth and exceptional experience! I am always greeted with a welcome and answer for all occasions! No doubt comes to mind when there is a task at hand! I was serviced well before my appointed time. I am confident with my vehicle in their hands.
