Thank you, Team Imports for making things right! I retract my last review stating I was sent home with a non-working repair. Once I called the next day to let them know, I was immediately rescheduled (at my convenience) and Joe and Dave made sure everything was to my 100% complete satisfaction. Joe even showed me what went wrong initially, and it was not their fault.nThis is the reason I drive almost an hour to Team Imports. I will continue to do so. Thanks, Guys!!

Most welcoming and truly honest people you would ever want to meet and talk to. I'm talking about the owners, sales people,business office, administration office, service personnel and anyone I may have left out. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle you will not be disappointed.

I own a 2011 Jetta with 370k miles. I recently had major work completed as I drove around in a 2019 rental, courtesy of Team Imports. Brandon was my advisor. Best dealership in the Chicagoland area hands down! I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles here, and plan on staying a repeat customer. You won’t want to go anywhere else. Great customer service, very friendly and always making sure you’re alright. It’s like a museum in the showroom. Did I mention the Audi’s?
