If it’s not urgency, I won’t come back anymore, even though it’s just 2 miles away from my home.nnI have prepaid repair cost on the Audi Care package. But I have to pay for replacement wiper. My Audi is less 2 years old.nnAudi Service offer me the detailing offer. But Team Audi don’t do that at all.nnWhen I scheduled appointment for 20k maintenance, I requested a ride. Unfortunately, they only can drive me back home, but not drop off my car at my home later. Of course, you could request a loaner. However I doubt that they even have a car available for loan.nnI can’t imagine how they could be the Audi dealer.

The experience resulting in the lease of our Audi Q5 was a pleasure. Our sales person, Charles, was very professional, knowledgable, and attentive to us as customers. We have a quality vehicle and anticipate quality customer service in the future having established a good relationship with the Audi team.

These guys were very pressing and are only out to make a buck. They seem very kind at first only because they want to make a sale. Would not recommend going here at all.
