Slow. Inconsiderate. But, if you do have to deal with the service dept. Dave is great, he gets 5 stars.
Terrible experience and poor communication, they made zero effort to provide basic information and pictures of the car I was interested in. I felt like I got the run around and they weren’t honest. I will never inquire about a car there again!
Dave is great! He was patient and I'd recommend anyone looking into a VW ask to speak with Dave.nnWe ended up buying and the signing, etc was very quick. Highly recommend.
I only take my Audi to this dealership for service, even passing up closer places. I really like the way I am treated as well as the service provided.
