I must say the Staff was very Polite, my Friend and I was supposed to check in at 5a.m but arrived earlier then expected and they let us Check-in before time. The Bed was so Soft, room was Clean, & smelled good. All and All everything was Great. I should've taken pictures of the Room, but I didn't
The room was clean and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the Breakfast offered by the hotel. It was 2 Breakfast Bars, Jello w/Fruit cup & a Bottle of Water. I understand that the Virus is the reason for lack of a Continental Breakfast, but that is unacceptable for a Breakfast selection for guests.
It was nice and the pool was fun until it was time to go to sleep and we found bed bug two of them on both of the beds never coming back here again keep your money
Comfortable bed, spotless room. Extraordinary customer service. Convenient for travel. I-90 expressway near by.
I had a wedding here in early March. All of the staff was very courteous & helpful. The hall itself was just the right price and size for us. They provided the table cloths which was very helpful. Rosa did a great job with the tables cloths and Adriana was so helpful with the planning and guidance. The only issue we had was that the banquet Hall was extremely hot, I would recommend having the room cooled down the night before because as more guests arrive, the room gets hotter.
