Hammond clerks office

I don't know who hired the staff in the clerks office but they really need to examine their workers and either get new one or call their attention of their lack of work. I had a court hearing and never received a letter, however it seemed strange that I hadn't received anything through the mail that I called.Found out that I had court a week from when I called. Then I show up for court and the lady tells me yeah I called you yesterday to tell you that court was rescheduled. I said no you didn't. Then she wants to act stupid on the computer and I ask her what number she called and tells me I didn't call no one. So how are you going to change your story from one minute to another. I missed work to go to court. Now I have to miss again just because someone could not do their job and send a letter letting me know or a simple phone call. please review your staff. This is ridiculous.
