Went for processing a passport before my appointment and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. No frills just good service. Thank you.
The elderly MAN who is always there always makes me feel uncomfortable from his rude behavior. He never has a positive attitude and always seems annoyed. Very unprofessional, I hope they find a better staff because there is no reason for me to not feel comfortable to ask an old man for stamps.
I must be one of the luckiest guys in the last 15 years of going to this office, because I've never ever had a problem with their service.
The customer service representatives have no customer service skill at all what so ever. I am always rushed out with minimal answers and always greeted with a attitude just like the mil carrier on my block.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very rude customer service, if they don’t want you work why work!?
