The procedure for Covid-19 testing at this location was quick and easy. They were conducting the nasal test at the back of the building from the comfort of your vehicle. There are signs at the east side entrance with arrows directly you to the test site.

EXTREMELY rude staff. Made an appointment for a covid test at 12:45, showed up at 12:10 and waited in line. At 12:30 staff came out and informed everyone that they were taking a 45 minute break and that you could either continue to wait in line or leave. They refused to honor my appointment and have absolutely no respect for your time. Don’t waste your time with this horrible facility and get your test done elsewhere. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a healthcare provider.

I came here for TB testing. It was simple enough but a little time consuming. The staff give you an attitude and are Condescending.

Damn people keep there phones off the hook. And when i finally got threw they were rude and they hung up on me twice. I would never go here again.. the worse health department ever!!!!!!

The staff is friendly and caring.
