Sold some books here from my old collection, the few they were interested in. Very open about only paying 25% of their anticipated retail, which seems awfully low compared to how resale works in literally every other industry, but hopefully someone on the other side will end up getting a deal. Ultimately if I wanted to maximize profit, I'd be going to eBay.nnOwner seems like a clear-headed business person interested in providing the brick and mortar comic shopping experience for the long haul, which is admirable.
Along with Golden Apple in Hollywood CA, Excalibur remains my favorite comic book store of all time. Bought many Gold, Silver and Bronze Age books from them. Always happy. Highly recommended.
