Once you've spent your money you can forget about getting any attention as a repeat customer unless you're spending more money right then .Cant get a cleaning due to covid 19 I could have found that out 20 minutes ago of if someone had a just spoke and at acknowledge that I was even standing there. will never be a returning this location and I hate the fact that I actually purchase my jewelry from this location.

Took my watch here to replace the battery. They said they had to send it out for repairs. Got the watch back three weeks later they claimed it was not repairable because parts were no longer available and they tried to sell me a new watch instead. Took the same watch to Albert's where they changed the battery in less than thirty minutes. The watch works fine with a new battery. So much for being unrepairable.
