This place is horrible. I bought a so call 14 cart diamond bracelet with 3 cart diamonds. But when i brought it to a diamond expert in Chicago the told me it was 10 cart gold and under 3 cart diamonds the robbed me out of a lot of money. When I took it back the guy told me there is no refunds and would not let me speak to a manager or call the owner. Before you buy from just anwhere do your research fist and buy from a real jewelry store.

Horrible experience with Credit card fraud for my spouse through this store. someone opened an account in person with a FAKE ID and my spouse's personal data. When we filed the fraud investigation with synchrony, they launched the investigation and the Store provided a picture of the FAKE insisting it was not fraud. Now trying again to fight against the thief.

This jewelry place is good . And neil is a little Bit*h
