They are THIVES here!! I came here in need of a screw back for my earrings, since my earrings were getting cleaned I decided to get my chain cleaned as well. When I received my items back I noticed IMMEDIATELY the chain they were returning to me was not my original chain. And they refused to give me my chain back. ANYONE could tell the chain they gave me was NOT the chain I gave them!! Do not do business with them!!

I use to love this place always shopped here traded a yellow gold charm for what I thought was white gold and purchased an $800 chain later found out the charm was silver I've purchased many items from them all white gold except a $2000 shamballa bracelet items for myself always $1000 or more gifts for other ppl white gold as well have been trying to get in touch with Neal since the beginning of September when I spoke with him about the situation he is trying to allegedly find my receipt but has the exact date of purchase as well as clearly can see anything I've purchased was white gold except a $2000 bracelet I will never shop with them again I shopped there because they had unique jewelry and I thought they were genuine but they are garbage
