Kay

3 stars because I had repairs and when they came in no email or call. I call the store and the lady said yes they are here. Says someone entered my phone number wrong. I find that very surprising when this isnt my 1st time in this store or 1st repair. I have been with Kay's for 6 yrs same #...the manager seems very nice but the rest has never greeted me in the hand full of times I've been there.

Not once have or do they ever answere their phone. My jewelry was supposed to be done in two weeks and it is now going on 3 weeks. I havent gotten an email nor have anyone ansered a phone.

The staff is always friendly and pleasant. They are very knowledgeable about the jewelry.

This location was a great experience accept the fact I was not approved for the Kay card , kayla the jeweler made up for it with exceptional service.

Excellent service from the jewelry consultant that worked with me. She showed empathy while helping me with the jewelry repair process. Very friendly, very helpful staff that worked with her!
