Excellent quality of service, solved my pest issues at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. They were friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any food service, food processing, and distribution. I have tried 5 other companies and Rose is the top of the line compared to the rest.

Very disappointed with this company. Paid 1200 for them to come out and bait my house for termites. No activity from the spikes in the ground after a year. The spikes are cheap about 150 on amazon or eBay. Do your research people! Then they send me a bill this year for another year of monitoring that i cancelled. After i called them about it they said they cancelled it. But then i started getting notices saying they were coming to check the units and were charging me. So then i have to call again in which they tell me if i dont start another year of service they threaten me to remove the cheap units that i paid 1200 for them to spend 15 minutes to put in the ground and check twice a year. Complete scam !!! Save your money people and do it yourself.

First and foremost, the products are excellent. The traps are better than most things you can buy in store and the rep that placed them did a great job inspecting the home and asking questions prior to setting the traps. The service of the representatives at Rose Pest Solutions’s call center is what’s terrible. I’ve called three times have someone pick up a rodent that the traps caught and I’m countinuoisly told that my appointment is set and the rep that set me up will be out. First problem there is that it’s never the same day, and since I’m not sticking my face inside of the enclosed trap there is clearly a bad smell in the house. I was told on a Thursday that since the gentleman that set me up was out of town I would have to wait until Monday. Unacceptable. Which leads to my next point, I don’t need the person that set me up to come out I just need somebody to pick up the rodent. Third, each time that I have called to “set up the appointment” they have confirmed my appointment and reassured me that somebody will be out. Each time nobody called or showed up within the window that I was given so I called to follow up and was told that I don’t have an appointment. I have even asked for email confirmation and was told no, but my appointment was set, which was a lie. Fourth, I mentioned the ad that I heard on WVON 1690AM and was supposed to get $50 off my set up and that never happened. Terrible experience and I’m only 2 weeks in.
