I've made a few purchases here over the years and have always so enjoyed my experience. Shebop does a great job of putting customers like me at ease making a purchase that can sometimes be a little intimidating. They're sex positive, welcoming, incredibly helpful with their education, and bonus: woman owned! If you're unsure of what to buy and need a little handholding, I highly recommend Shebop.

The employees have always been very nice and helpful whenever I’m at the store. They have a great balance between letting you know they are there if you have any questions, but also giving you your space to freely look at what they have. Since the COVID shutdown I have ordered from them 3 times, and they are putting amazon prime to shame! I expect close to a week for processing and snail mail to Vancouver, but my orders have always been here in 1 or 2 days! They are still giving that awesome customer service, even through all of this craziness!

Wonderful first-time buying experience! I made my purchase online (which I believe is the only way they are conducting business right now bc of COVID), where all the products were easy to find and the descriptions were clear. Shipping was quick and discreet, and without going into too much detail, I was very satisfied with what I got. I was initially a little nervous bc I've never spent as much as I did on an intimate product, but needless to say I will most certainly be a return customer, and I will definitely recommend to friends!
