I must say this experience was great! I didn't know what to expect going in, but the sales woman Latoya Ellis made me feel very comfortable and was up front and honest about everything. She even gave me some references to discard my old sofa! I recommend going to Bob's Discount Furniture for whatever your home needs. If you are in the Chicagoland area, or surrounding suburbs I would highly recommend visiting their River Oaks store and ask for Latoya. I know you will be as satisfied as I am!
Loved everything about our experience at Bob's in Calumet City. Our salesperson, Derek, answered all our questions and left us alone to talk about all the options. No pressure at all. I am giving this visit a 5 star review because of the customer service that I received from Cathy (my salesperson). She offered outstanding customer service. She was very professional and personable. She was very thorough and informative. Also, the merchandise I purchased was very stylish and affordable. I only wish merchandise had a quicker availability.
The sales person made shopping for dining room furniture easy. They don't crowd you, allowing you space to browse. Will definitely be back the prices are great also. You have stylish furniture without breaking the bank...
The sales person was extremely helpful. I did not know that there was a science to choosing a mattress until Kathy showed us the way! I am very pleased with our selection and will definitely come back to Bob’s! Thank you so much Cathy and Bob’s for making our sleeping experience enjoyable!!!
