Recently made a visit to this Walgreens location to pick up a few things. The deal of the week was 50% off pharaoh Roché gift boxes. So I scan the product with the Walgreens app and it comes up as a price of $2.49. Get to the register and the price scans differently, scans at $3.14. I asked the cashier whose name tag said been a customer service representative since 1997, if she could please do a price change on this product in order to match the advertised price in the Walgreens app. She calls a manager to come to the front counter, when she arrives she looks at me and the product and then I show her the price on the phone, she hesitates and then tells me we don’t price match. So I ask her this isn’t for another company this is your own Walgreens website, you will not price match your own company? She continues to tell me know.nIf the cashier has been working for Walgreens since 1997, I am sure if it was store policy that there were never price matches done for anything she would have never called a manager up, and wasted all of our time.nThe manager herself was rude and overall unhelpful. There’s absolutely no reason why a price change for less than $1 could not be made in order to provide good customer service to people shopping in your store. If you want return customers you should treat them as you want to be treated. What she did was extremely upsetting and just unprofessional.nIt is not anything to do whatsoever with the monetary amount, if I could not afford the $.50 I would not be out shopping. It was a matter of principle and the fact that she was just rude and did not want to be helpful in anyway. To not price match or reduce the posted price of each item to what is shown on your own website is extremely upsetting, and I’m sure this is not the first time or the last she will do some thing of this manner to another customer. All in all, this is just incredibly terrible customer service... there was no reason for her to not honor the price.

First, i wanna say the pharmacy here is great. Never had any problems. My problem is i have been going here for years. I have no problem produsing i.d. for asking when i purchase cigarettes. However, today, the clerk demanded i take off my mask and hat. I have lost over 100lbs due to cancer which was brought up because he felt the need to ask me why my license said 1 thing compared to how i look. I'm sorry but that ia despicable. I should ONLY have to show my i.d. and they scan it. I'm 37, i know how it works. I worked retail many years. I know 1 person not retuening makes no difference to them but i WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Disgraceful.

this is the worst walgreens i have EVER been to in my ENTIRE life. the people in there are the rudest people i’ve ever met in my entire FREAKING LIFE. it was the most disgusting thing i’ve ever seen. truly a disgrace.

Manager was a complete jerk & I wasn’t even in the store yet... Poor attitude.
